降糖通脉片对人肾小球系膜细胞外基质影响的拆方研究

摘　　要：目的探讨降糖通脉片中清化瘀热与滋阴补气两法不同组成部分对人肾小球系膜细胞外基质(ECM)的影响。方法采用体外培养的人肾小球系膜细胞技术和血清药理学方法,观察降糖通脉片清化瘀热与滋阴补气不同组分对ECM的影响。结果降糖通脉片中清化瘀热及滋阴补气两法均具有抑制ECM成分中纤维连接蛋白(FN)、层粘连蛋白(LN)和Ⅳ型胶原(ColⅣ)含量的作用,但清化瘀热法的作用更为明显。结论清化瘀热法与滋阴补气法相比,前者在阻抑肾小球硬化方面发挥着更为重要的作用。OBJECTIVE To investigate into the effect of two different compositions of drugs in Jiangtang Tongmai Tablet for clearing away heat and nourishing yin and qi respectively on mesangium extraeellular matrix （ECM） .METHOD In vitro cultivation method for human mesangium and serum pharmacology method were used to observe the effect of different comjpositions on ECM. RESULT Both compositions of drugs had the effect of inhibiting FIN, LN and CollV, especially the composition of clearing away heat. CONCLUSION The method of clearing away heat is more, effective than the method of nourishing yin and qi in inhibiting hardening of the renal glomeruli.
