摘　　要：宁夏要实现跨越式发展,必须分析其资源禀赋结构,实现产业结构的优化和升级,进一步将比较优势转化为竞争优势,加大资金投入,强化人才支撑,着力突破瓶颈制约,构筑加快发展的平台。The realization of Ningxia＇ s leap development lies in the implementation of optimization and upgrading of industry by analyzing its structure of resources endowment. The developing platform will be well built up by the further transformation from comparative advantage into competitive advantage, the increase of investment, the improvement of talent person support and the breakthrough of bottleneck restriction.
