摘　　要：电力负荷管理系统在地区供电网系统中已经得到了广泛的应用。但相对于地区电网系统,钢铁等大型工业企业具有显著不同的负荷特点,且其负荷管理系统相对研究较少。通过对钢铁企业负荷特性的分析,给出了钢铁企业负荷管理系统设计与实现的具体形式。实际运行表明该系统是有实用性,对其他大型工业企业的负荷管理系统具有推广价值。Load management system （LMS） has been widely used in region power supply system.However, electric load pattern of a large enterprise is quite different from of a large region, and has not been well studied. This paper focuses on the detail design and realization of LMS in iron ＆ steel enterprises through analysis in the load pattern, The system works very well in real environment, and can be applied in other heavy industry enterprises.
