摘　　要：和谐社会建设过程中,政治发挥着重要作用,政治秩序表现出一定的特征。这时的政治秩序建设,除了要自觉进行有序变革外,还必须巩固政治秩序的物质基础;夯实政治秩序的社会基础;发展政治秩序的精神动力。During the construction of harmonious society, politics is very important. The political order shows some characters. To construct the political order during this period, besides the orderly reform, the physical basis and social basis and spiritual dynamic of the political order should be consolidated.
