硬化剂及组织胶治疗肝硬化胃底静脉曲张出血的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨硬化剂及组织粘合剂治疗肝硬化胃底静脉曲张出血的疗效。方法按顺序随机分成2组，第1组为5％鱼肝油酸钠加奥曲肽及立止血组，第2组为组织粘合剂加奥曲肽及立止血组。结果两组急诊止血率相似，但第2组曲张静脉消失率明显高于第1组，第2组患者拔针后注射部位出血率发生明显低于第1组，第1组注射后疼痛、发热及溃疡的发生率明显高于第2组。结论组织粘合剂加奥曲肽并加用立止血是治疗肝硬化胃底静脉曲张出血最佳治疗方法。Objective To study the effects of tissue adhesives（histoacryl） and sclerotin agent（EIS） therapy on gastric varices. Methods It were assessed two groups according to the time sequence. Group 1： sclerotin agent for gastric varices, Group 2： endoscopic injection of tissue adhesives（histoacryl）. Results The result showed the rate of acute hemostasia are similar among these 2 groups. The rate of varicose vein disappearance in group 1 was lower distinctly than group 2. The incidence of bleeding on needle position after Injection in group 2 was lower distinctly than group 1. While the incidence of fbver, painand ulcer in group 2 was lower than group 1. Conclusion The best sclerosing medication in combining use ofhistoacryl, sclerotin and reptilase.
