摘 要:核电站运行时,阀门是最易发事故的设备之一。为了确保核电站的安全,必须选用安全可靠的阀门。10MW高温气冷堆中的氦气阀门有十多个品种、300多台,这些阀门是高温气冷堆中面广量大的承压设备,它们连接着高温气冷堆中众多的系统,对于保证高温堆的正常稳定运行及安全停堆起着重要的作用。本文简略地介绍了10MW高温气冷堆对氦气阀门的要求、核级氦气阀门的设计、检验和出厂试验。When a nuclear power station operates, valves are the devices which easily cause an accident. In order to gugrantee the safety of nuclear station, reliable valves must be chosen. There are more than 10varieties, over 300 in quantity of helium valves included in 10MW High Temperature Helium Cooled Test Reactor (termed HTR- 10). These valves are not only widely used as pressure--resistant devices, but also are connected with a large number of systems in HTR-10. So they play an important role in ensuring normal operation and shut -down in safety of HTR-10. The present paper gives the requirements of helium valves in HTR-10, and introduces the design, inspection and test of nuclear-class helium valves in HTR10.
