全盆底补片悬吊术治疗女性重度盆腔器官脱垂的临床应用分析

摘　　要：目的分析18例采用ProliftTM系统进行全盆底重建术治疗重度盆底器官脱垂的初步结果,探讨该方法的疗效和安全性。方法回顾性分析2007年1月～2007年10月我院18例患有POP-Q分期Ⅲ期或Ⅳ期的生殖器官脱垂患者施行全盆底重建术的效果和并发症情况。结果手术时间平均78min。术中出血平均250ml。随访1～10个月,治愈17例,好转1例,未见近期并发症。结论ProliftTM系统全盆底重建术可用于纠正严重盆底器官脱垂,安全可行,但长期疗效有待进一步观察。Objective To explore transvaginal mesh repair of genital prolapse using the ProliftTM system and investigate its effect and safe. Methods The curative effect and complication of transvaginal mesh repair of genital prolapse using the ProliftTM system was analyzed retrospectively in 18 women with stage 3 or 4 genital prolapse. Results The average operation time was 78 minutes. The average blood loss was 250 mL. All patients were followed up of 1～ 10 months. Seventeen patients were cured and 1 had improved. No complication was found in short - term follow - up. Conclusions ProliftTM system might be a safe and effective technique to correct severe pelvic organ prolapse.
