摘　　要：液压拉深是一种以流动液体作为传力介质的成形工艺。本文阐述了液压二次反拉深的变形机理 ,分析了液压二次反拉深试验过程中发生的各种破裂现象 ,找出了产生破裂的原因 ,提出了防止各种破裂现象产生的具体措施。Hydro- drawing is a forming technology,in which the liquid is used as force- transmitting medium.In this paper,authors exponded the forming mechanism in the secondary reverse hydro- draw- ing,analysed each kinds of cracking parts in experiment,found out the reasons for cracking,and point- ed out the measures for avoiding cracking.
