摘  要:炎症是贯穿痤疮发生、发展的重要机制,痤疮丙酸杆菌为诱发痤疮炎症过程的重要因素。痤疮丙酸杆菌菌体表面的病原相关分子模式可被机体的天然免疫模式识别受体Toll样受体及核苷酸结合寡聚化结构域识别,通过启动天然免疫应答进而启动适应性免疫应答,诱导痤疮的炎症过程。Inflammation plays important roles in the occurrence and development of acne. Propionibacterium acnes, as an important factor, is involved in the inflammatory process of acne. Pathogen-associated molecular patterns (PAMP) on the body surface of P.acnes can be recognized by pattern recognition receptors (PRR) of immune cells, such as Toll-like receptors (TLR) and nucleotide-binding oligomerization domain (NOD), then, this binding further triggers adaptive immune response by starting innate immune response, and finally induces the inflammation in acne.
