摘　　要：采用Ｆｅ－２８Ｍｎ－４Ｓｉ（加Ｍｇ）形状记忆合金热轧无缝管制成管接头，管接头内径平均变形量５．６％时，形状恢复率为３８．６８％，管接头与被接管连接后，具有高的连接强度及良好的密封性，在材料试验机上需１．７５ｔ的力才能将连接好的被接管一端拉出，并且管接头承受４ＭＰａ压力不泄漏。Pipe joints made of the Fe 28Mn 4Si(adding Mg)shape memory alloy(SMA) seamless steel tube has been studied in this paper.When the inner radus of steel tube is expanded by 5.6%,the strain recovery ratio will be 38.68%,and this strain recovery ratio is enough for using as pipe joints.The pulling test and leakage test results show that the pipe joints have high joint strength and good leakproofness.
