摘　　要：利用C#语言和ACCESS数据库,开发了汽车用钢板电阻焊焊接专家系统,该系统由数据库系统模块、专家系统功能模块、焊接接头结构设计、金相组织显示功能等主要模块组成。通过获取优化后的电阻焊焊接知识(包括数据、经验和技术指标)与一定的数学模型,对所面临的问题作出结论,具有人工智能功能。汽车用钢板电阻焊焊接专家系统与上海交运集团公司的生产经验结合,采用新型的数学模型解决了目前存在的推理简单问题,能够实现试验数据、经验数据、统一标准的焊接工艺参数及设备、焊接结构及被焊材料等方面的查询、添加、删除等动态操作,大大提升汽车用钢板电阻焊焊接工艺参数设计及管理水平。The resistance welding expert system used for automotive armor plate was developed with C# programming language and ACCESS data-base, which consists of modules of data base system, expert system, design of welded joint and showing function of phase structure. By utilizing welding knowledge (welding data, experience and technical criterion) and a given mathematical model, the welding expert system with artificial intelligence can draw a conclusion for the problems. Resistance welding expert system for automotive armor plate was combined with the real production experience in Shanghai Jiaoyun Co Ltd. The system which can improve the design of welding parameters and adminis-trant level significantly.
