摘  要:目的研究淋巴增强因子(lymphoid enhancer factor-1,LEF-1)在大鼠触须毛囊生长周期中表达及其重要作用。方法选取处于毛发周期各阶段的触须毛囊,采用免疫组织化学的方法检测LEF-1在各时期毛囊中的表达及变化。结果生长期,LEF-1主要表达于毛囊的毛母质和外根鞘的细胞核内,随着生长的推进,核表达逐渐转化为细胞质表达;退化期,LEF-1表达明显减弱,毛母质中弱表达,外根鞘内表达消失;静止期,LEF-1重新出现在bulge区的外侧,在内根鞘中的表达明显增强。结论LEF-1参与毛干和内根鞘的分化,并且在毛囊周期的维持中起到重要的作用。Objective To study the expression of rat whisker hair follicle and explore its role in the of lymphoid enhancer factor-1 ( LEF-1 ) in the growth cycle process. Methods Cheek skin samples of SD rats at different ages were collected, fixed and sectioned. LEF-1 expression at different periods was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results In anagen, LEF-1 was expressed in the nucleus of bulb and outer root sheath (ORS) of the hair follicle cells, and then with further growth, this nuclear expression pattern gradually converted into cytoplasm expression. In catagen, the staining of LEF-1 became weaken obviously, and disappeared in ORS. In telogen, the expression of LEF-1 appeared in the lateral of bulge again and was strong in IRS. Conclusion LEF-1 may regulate the differentiation of hair shaft and inter root sheath ( IRS), and play an important role in the cycle of hair follicle.
