摘 要:目的研究高电位水对大鼠皮肤创口愈合的治疗作用及其机制。方法用SD大鼠建立全层皮肤缺损创伤模型,分成高电位水组(试剂组)、聚维酮碘组及生理盐水组(模型对照组)。用透明膜标记法和注水法记录伤后3、7、14 d创面面积和伤腔容积,取创面修复组织作病理学观测及免疫组织化学检测。结果与对照组比较,在伤后3 d,高电位水组的伤腔面积与容积差异有统计学意义(P<0.005),高电位水有明显缩小创伤伤口皮肤面积和体积、促进伤口愈合、杀灭细菌、抑制创伤炎症反应的作用;与创伤伤口愈合和瘢痕形成相关的成纤维细胞生长因子FGF2和细胞转移因子TGF-β2表达明显升高。结论高电位水具有消炎、促进肉芽组织和上皮组织生长的作用,可缩短伤口愈合时间和减少瘢痕的形成。Objective The aim of the study is to investigate skin wound concrescence and mechanism of big rats using electrolyzed oxidizing water. Methods The skin wound model of the SD big rats was established and treated with electrolyzed oxidizing water, iodophor, or living salt water. The wound acreage and wound cubage was investigated after the treatment for 3 days, 7 days, and 14 days. Results Compared with others, three days after treatment with electrolyzed oxidizing water, the values of the acreage and volume of the wound decreased significantly (P 〈 0.05 ). This treatment can also kill bacteria, reduce the wound acreage and cubage and accelerate the wound concrescence. The expression of FGF2 and TGF-β2 were increased. Conclusion The electrolyzed oxidizing water has a strong disinfection property. It can be used to treat skin wound by accelerating tissue and epidermis growth, shortening the wound concrescence, and reducing scar formation.
