摘 要:目的评价实时三维超声测量模拟前列腺体积的准确性与可行性,并探讨超声测量的最佳旋转步长。方法实时三维超声测量10个模拟前列腺形状的李子,容积分析软件在不同旋转步长(6°、9°、15°、30°)测量李子体积;同时量筒取得李子实际体积与三维超声测值比较。结果在李子体积的测量中,实时三维超声在不同旋转步长测值与实际值无显著性差异(P>0.05),且与实际值均呈高度正相关。结论实时三维超声测量李子体积准确可靠,重复性高;且选择旋转步长30°可提供足够信息,为兼顾准确与简便的最佳选择。Objective To evaluate the accuracy and feasibility of measuring the prostate volume with real - time three - dimensional ultrasound and to probe the best inter- plan angles. Methods Ten plums with the shape like prostate underwent real - time three - dimensional ultrasound, and volumes were calculated in different inter- plan angles(6°,9°, 15°,30°) with the analysis software of real- time three- dimensional ultrasound. The results were compared with the true volumes measured with graduated flask. Results The volumes measured with real-time three- dimemional ultrasound correlated well with actual volumes (r2: 0.85,0.91,0.85,0.94) , and there was no significant difference between different inter- plan angles. Conclusion Real- time three - dimensional ultrasound can accurately, and reliably determine prostate volume. 30°inter - plan angle was the best choice for prostate volume measurement.
