摘　　要：目的探讨腔内超声(ELUS)在直肠癌盆腔自主神经保护中的临床价值。方法术前ELUS检查58例中低位直肠癌患者并定位和分期,分别与术中肿瘤位置、分期及术后病理分期进行对比。结果与病理分期对比,术前ELUS总符合率达86.2%(50/58)。预测PANP手术Sugihara术式的总体正确率为92.5%(49/53)。结论ELUS对中低位直肠癌术前分期及盆腔自主神经保护有重要价值。Objective To investigate the clinical value of endohuminal uhrasonography（ELUS） in pelvis autonomic nerve preservation （PANP） in lower level rectal carcinoma. Methods Fifty - eight eases of lower level rectal carcinoma were preoperatively staged and localized by ELUS and compared with location during operation and staging by pathology. Results Compared with postoperative pathologic staging, the accuracy of preoperative staging of the low level rectal carcinoma by FLUS was 86.2%, the accuracy of prediction of operation modus was 92.5 % （49/53） overall. Conclusion ELUS has important clinical value in the preoperative staging and PANP in low level rectal carcinoma operation.
