舒肝理气活血化精法治疗精液不液化症研究

摘　　要：目的治疗与观察研究气滞血瘀引起的精液不液化病。方法以舒肝解郁、理气活血、祛瘀化精为治则,用自制精化胶囊每日3次,每次5粒(每粒1.8g),对89例精液不液化患者进行治疗,同时设对照组44例。结果治疗组89例,治愈率为65.17%,总有效率94.38%;对照组44例,治愈率为4.55%,总有效率70.48%,二者差异有统计学意义(χ2=43.70、14.41,P<0.01)。结论自制精化胶囊治疗精液不液化并改善症状及体征,疗效满意,有推广价值。[ Objective ] To observe and treat sperm non-liquefaction caused by stagnation of qi and blood stasis. [ Methods ] Based on the principle of soothing the liver, regulating the circulation of qi, promoting blood flow, removing blood stasis and liquefying sperms, Jinghua capsules were administered on 89 cases of sperm non-liquefaction, 5 capsules each time （ 1.8 g per capsule）, three times each day; 44 cases were taken as the control. [ Results ] The curative rate of the treatment group was 65.17%, the total effective rate was 94.38% ; the curative rate and total effective rate of the control were 4.55% and 70.48% respectively, the difference was significant （ P 〈0.01 ）. [ Conclusion] Jinghua capsules is proved to have satisfactory effect on treating sperm non- liquefaction and is worthy of Spreading.
