铁路警察和监狱警察生活质量的比较

摘　　要：目的 了解铁路警察和监狱警察生活质量的差异。方法采用世界卫生组织生存质量量表简表（WHOQOL-BREF）对87名广州铁路警察进行生活质量调查，并以87名监狱警察作为对照组。结果铁路警察生活质量的心理和环境领域得分[分别为（66．19±11．23）分，（51．46±12．08）分]比监狱警察[分别为（71．88±10．76）分，（55．80±11．42）分]明显低（P〈0．01；P〈0．05），男性铁路警察在生活质量的心理和环境领域得分较低（P〈0．05），女性铁路警察和监狱警察睡眠的生活质量各因子间的差异无显著性（P〉0．05）。中年铁路警察生活质量的心理、社会交往和环境领域得分低于监狱警察（P〈0．05）。回归分析发现铁路警察生活质量各因子得分与待遇评价成负相关，心理领域得分还与收入评价成正相关，嗜酒者环境领域得分低。结论铁路警察生活质量较差，要重视改善铁路警察的生活质量。Objective To evaluate the differences in quality of life between railway policemen and prison policemen. Methods 87 railway policemen of Guangzhou were tested by WHOQOL-BREF,while 87 prison policemen were enrolled as a control group. Results The railway policemen＇ s score of psychological and environmental domain in WHOQOL-BREF（ 66.19 ± 11.23,51.46 ± 12.08 ） obviously lower than the prison policemen [ （71.88 ± 10.76,55.80 ± 11.42 ）, P 〈 0.01, P 〈 0.05 ] , and the male railway policemen＇ s score of psychological and environmental domain was lower （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; however, there were no significant differences in all the scores between the female railway policemen and the female prison policemen（ P〉 0.05 ）. The middle-age railway policemen＇s score of psychological , social activities and environmental domain in WHOQOL-BREF was lower than that of the prison policemen （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Moreover, regression analysis showed that all factor score of the railway policemen＇ s quality of life was negative correlated with their treatment evaluation, and the score of psychological domain was positive correlated with the income evaluation. Additionally, the score of environmental domain was the lowest in alcoholic subjects. Conclusion The railway policemen＇ s quality of life was worse than that of prison policemen, and should be paid more attention to improve it.
