低钙血症患儿心电图ST／TP比值测定的意义

摘　　要：目的探讨测定低钙血症患儿心电图ST/TP比值的临床意义。方法采用日本福田公司NIHOH KOHDEN CardiofaxQ ECG-9130P电脑心电图系统12导联同步心电图机,对61例低钙血症患儿ST/TP比值进行检测,并与31例同期健康儿童进行对照分析,同时用临床电解质分析仪测定血清离子钙水平。采用SPSS11.5软件进行统计学处理,P<0.05为有统计学意义。结果低钙血症组ST/TP比值、血清离子钙与健康组比较有显著性差异(Pa<0.05),且低钙血症伴抽搐组ST/TP比值血清离子钙与单纯低钙血症组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。离子钙水平与ST/TP比值呈负相关。结论在不能检测血清离子钙或患儿采血困难的情况下,快速进行心电图检查,ST/TP段比值可反映低钙血症患儿的病情,指导临床治疗。Objective To evaluate the significance of ST/TP relative value in electrocardiogram in diagnosis of hypocaleemia. Methods ST/TP relative value in electrocardiogram in 61 children with hypocalcemia and 31 normal children were detected by NIHOH KOHDEN CardiofaxQ ECG-9130P electrocardiogram machine designed by Japanese futian company. Calcium ion was checked out by clinic electrolyte equipment. Results There was significant difference of ST/TP relative value between patients with hypocalcemia and normal children （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. There was significant difference of the value of calcium ion between patients with hypocalcemia and normal children also （P 〈 0.05）. There was significant difference of ST/TP relative value between the patients who had a convulsion with hypocalcemia and the patients who did not have a convulsion with hypocalcemia（ P 〈 0.05 ）. There was significant difference of the value of calcium ion between the patients who had a convulsion with hypocalcemia and the patients who did not have a convulsion with hypocalcemia also（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The value of calcium ion and ST/TP relative value in these groups showed correlative. Conclusions When staff can not inspect ionized calcium in blood serum, or, when children are too thin and staff can not draw blood from them, ST/TP relative value in electrocardiogram may contribute to the diagnosis of hypocalcemia, and it can reflect pathogenetic condition and help instruct cure.
