摘  要:目的探讨参麦注射液(SMI)对缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)新生儿的治疗作用及其机制。方法中重度HIE患儿45例。分为干预组20例,在综合治疗基础上,用SMI10mL/次加入100g/L葡萄糖溶液30~50mL静脉滴注;对照组25例仅综合治疗。二组均在给药后1、3、6d采集外周静脉血,放射免疫分析法检测其血清IL-10水平,酶联免疫分析法检测酸性钙结合蛋白(S-100β)水平。3月龄时门诊随访,进行神经精神运动发育商(DQ)测定。采用SPSS11.0软件进行组间t检验。结果与对照组比较,干预组治疗第1天,其血清IL-10、S-100β水平无显著性差异(t=0.33,0.77Pa>0.05);第3、6天其血清IL-10、S-100β水平明显低于对照组(t=5.34,2.92P<0.05,0.001)。3月龄时,二组患儿发育障碍发生率有明显差异(χ2=19.08P<0.05)。结论SMI可保护脑细胞改善预后,其机制可能与减轻炎性反应和阻断神经细胞损伤有关。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of shenmai injection (SMI) on hypoxic - ischemic encephalopathy (HIE) neonates and its possible mechanism. Methods Forty - five newborn infants with moderate - severe HIE were divided into 2 groups: treatment group (n = 20)and control group( n = 25 ). The treatment group was given 10 mL SMI per day added into 30 -50 mL 100 g/L glucose and then injected into veins slowly combined with general treatment. The control group was orly received general treatment. Peripheral venous blood on 1, 3,6 d after treatment was collec-ted to measure the level of i nterleukin - 10 (IL - 10 )and S - 10013 protein (S - 10013) in serum. The development quotient(DQ) of 2 groups was measured in the third months. Results Compared with the control group, the levels of IL- 10 and S - 10013 in serum of the treated group were obviously lower than those in the control group on 3,6 d after being treated ( t = 5.34,2.92,6.40, 7.79 0.77 P 〈 0.05,0. 001 ). There was significant difference in the DQ between treatment group and control group ( Х^2 = 19.08 P 〈 0.05). Conclusions SMI has a significant protective effect on HIE, it may be associated with the decrease of inflammatory response and block the damage of nervous ceils.
