摘　　要：设计超低噪声前置放大器是设计微弱信号采集仪器时不可回避的技术问题。文章研究了超低噪声前置放大器设计中的三个关键问题 ,即信号源内阻与噪声系数的关系 ,反馈对噪声系数的影响及有源屏蔽技术的应用 ;The key to the design of feeble signal sampling system lies in the designing of ultra low noise preamplifier.Three key problems in design of ultra low noise preamplifier are discussed,such as the relation of the source impedance to noise figure,the influence of feedback on noise and the application of active mask.Finally,the basic methods for the design of ultra low noise preamplifier are presented.
