摘  要:目的探讨高山红景天的主要成分红景天多糖对电刺激离体蟾蜍腓肠肌疲劳的影响。方法制备离体蟾蜍腓肠肌标本18块,将同一蟾蜍的2块腓肠肌标本随机分为对照组(葡萄糖任氏液组)和观察组(高山红景天多糖溶液组)。采用脉冲式电流直接刺激离体蟾蜍腓肠肌作为疲劳模型,观察用药前后肌肉收缩幅度、达最大收缩幅度所需时间以及肌肉收缩持续时间的变化。结果高山红景天多糖可缩短肌肉收缩达最大幅度所需时间(P<0.05),增加肌肉收缩幅度下降到最大幅度50%的时间t0.5和下降到10%的时间t0.1(P<0.01),对肌肉收缩幅度无明显影响(P>0.05)。结论高山红景天能直接作用于骨骼肌,具有抗疲劳作用。Objective To investigate the effect of Rhodiola sachalinensis on gastrocnemius fatigue in vitro induced by electric stimulation in Toad. Methods Eighteen isolated toad gastrocnemius were made, two samples of identical toad were divided two groups:control group (glucose Ringer's solution) and observation group (A. Bor Polysaccharide's solution). Isolated gastrocnemius stimulated by electricity were used as fatigue model ,the duration and amplitude of contraction were recorded. Results Rhodiola sachlinensis A. Bor Polysaccharide shortened the periods to reach muscle maximal contraction ( P 〈 0.05 ) , and prolonged the time which the muscle contraction dropped to 50% and 10% of muscle maximal contraction (P 〈0.01 ) ,the amplitude of muscle contraction had no obvious difference (P 〉 0.05 ). Condusion Rhodiola Sachlinensis A. Bor Polysaccharid has anti-fatigue effect.
