摘 要:在多相渗流实验中,由于流体分布图像往往模糊不清,特别是相界面很难用肉眼辨识,所以一般只能得到定性的与论。讨论了在多相渗流实验中应用图像处理技术的基本原理和典型算法,包括指进、剩余油分布分形线数的计算方法。介绍了基于上述理论研究编制的渗流图像处理系统PIS系列软件的功能及其优点。PIS系统可实现渗流图像格式转换、平移、亮度增强、二值化、二值化参数拟合、测定前缘分形维数和确定饱和度分布等,不仅简化渗流图像的分析工作,而且可方便地进行定量研究。PIS系统在沙流领域具有重大应用价值,也可应用于岩心薄片分析、孔隙结构分析、矿物成分确定和薄膜分析等相关领域。Images of fluid distribution are always not clear in porous flow experiments, and interface between phases is particular hard to be recognized by naked eyes. There fore qualitative conclusion may be achieved only. In this paper, the basic theory, typical algorithms and calculation methods to determine fractal dimension of distribution of fingering and remaining oil in the application of image processing to porous flow experiments are discussed. Moreover, the function and advantage of PIS, a software for image process in porous flow developed on the basis of the above theory, is also introduced. Format transfer of porous flow images, lateral movement, brightness enhancement, two-color transfer, parameter matching of two-color transfer, measurement of fractal dimension of fingering and determination of saturation distribution can all be achieved by PIS. PIS can play an important role in the study of porous flow mechanics and can also be applied to relevant fields such as alide analysis of core, analysis of pore structure, determination of mineral component and membrane analysis etc.
