固体硅胶隆鼻术145例临床体会

摘　　要：目的探讨固体硅胶隆鼻术的手术要点,常见并发症及防治措施。方法对145例行隆鼻术患者的相关资料进行统计分析,以把握隆鼻术的手术要点和并发症的发生情况及其原因。结果145例隆鼻术中124例手术满意无并发症,余21例不同程度发生了术后并发症,占14.6%。其中,假体脱出2例,假体歪斜5例,假体浮动2例,假体上端位置过高2例,假体轮廓不满意4例,感染3例,排斥反应3例。结论实施固体硅胶隆鼻术可因手术操作不当、术式要点掌握欠佳及无菌观念淡薄等原因发生多种并发症,但只要把握好固体硅胶隆鼻术的手术要点,严格手术操作原则,绝大多数并发症是可以避免的。Objective To investigate the operation highlight of augmentation rhinoplasty, its common complications, prevention and treatment. Methods The data of 145 patients undergoing angementation rhinoplasty were analyzed to hold the highlight of augmentation rhinoplasty, and its complication and cause. Results Of 145 cases, 124 had no complications, 21 cases had some complications （14.6 % ）, of which, 2 cases had prolepses of prosthesis, 5 had crooked prosthesis, 2 had floatation of prosthesis, 2 had elevation of upper prosthesis, 4 had unsatisfactofy outline of prosthesis, 3 had infection and 3 had rejection. Conclusion Some complications may occur because of improper operation, the deficiency of aseptic concept, but if the operation are performed carefully and correctly, most of the complications are sure to be prevented.
