摘　　要：美国心理卫生职业化发展到今天,仍面临着新形势下的挑战。笔者概括了美国心理卫生服务和服务人员的现状,讨论了心理健康工作人员面临的挑战以及将来可能的发展方向。With the development of the mental health business in America, Mental Health Workforce （ MHW ） remains to face new challenges. The article provides an overview of the present status of mental health services and mental health professionals in America, and discusses the challenges and the possible developing areas of mental health professionals in the future.
