摘　　要：用系统动力学模型,描述软件开发项目中各因素之间复杂的相互作用关系对项目绩效的影响,为项目管理者提供一个可靠的工具,用来检验项目执行过程中出现问题时,各种备选解决方案的实施效果。By constructing a System Dynamics model, the paper describes the complex interrelationships between different factors in developing software project and their impacts on the project performance. The System Dynamics model is supposed to provide a reliable tool for project managers to test practical effectiveness of all kinds of potential problem solutions in the process of the project execution.
