垃圾收费制度在我国垃圾处置中的适用特征分析

摘　　要：从垃圾收费制度的内涵和作用出发,分析垃圾收费标准的评判方式,提出了确定垃圾处理费的计算办法。从我国的现状出发,明确我国现阶段应该完善定额收费制度,进一步促进我国居民环境意识的改变和垃圾处置产业化发展。Starting from the connotation and function of trash charge system, this paper analyzes the judging methods of trash charge standard, and proposes the accounting methods of trash charge fees. It also consummates that the fixed quantity charge system is the key way from our country＇s present situation. Based on this, we should promote environmental awareness of our country＇ s inhabitants, the garbage disposal capability and the development of marketability.
