四川钢铁行业国有经济布局和结构调整研究

摘　　要：采用数据分组处理技术(GMDH)和AC聚类相结合的方法,突破传统的通过定性分析来研究一个地区某行业的发展政策模式,从国有经济布局和结构调整的角度对四川省钢铁行业发展政策进行了量化分析,得出了四川省钢铁行业发展对策,并得到了钢铁行业竞争力评价模型。Traditional method in researching the proper development strategy mode of a specific industry in a district is to do qualitative analysis. By means of combining group method of data handle （GMDH） and AC clustering, this paper analyzes developing policy of steel industry in Sichuan province from the scope of state economy distribution layout and industry structure adjustment trend, and reveals the development countermeasures and competitive assessment model of Sichuan province＇s steel industry.
