摘　　要：采用抽样调查和样本分析的方法,从IT业知识型员工现实的身心疲劳状况入手,通过对工作压力源、员工人格特质和反应方式的分析,深入探讨了IT业知识型员工工作压力的成因,提出了对知识型员工工作压力的管理策略。Beginning with the physical and mental tiredness of knowledge workers, the paper analyzes the source of working stress, knowledge workers＇personality traits and their mode of response using the method of sample survey and sample analysis. Besides, the paper reveals the causes of working stress clearly and completely, and expounds on the strategies of working stress management.
