摘　　要：目前很多行业需要对海量数据进行科学分析,这一需要促进了数据仓库理论的发展,如何在此基础上构建有效的应用系统是一个急需解决的问题。针对当前电信行业的现状以及电信运营企业建立数据仓库的必要性和难点,提出了一种分级式的电信经营分析系统结构设计,并与现有经营分析系统结构进行比较,结果表明了该设计的合理性。Aiming at status quo of the telecommunication, necessities and difficulties of establishment of data warhouse for the telecommunication corporation, the paper proposes a structural design of the layered telecommunication UBUBISP （Unitive Business lnformation Service Platform）. The comparison between the design and the existing business analysis system structure is made. The results of the comparison show that the structural design is reasonable.
