试论江湖关系

摘　　要：长江与洞庭湖的关系就是大家通常所说的"江湖关系"。阐述了江湖关系的复杂性和研究的重要性,分析了影响江湖关系的主要因素,阐述了江湖关系的内涵,论述了长江与洞庭湖泥沙冲淤、蓄泄能力诸因素间相互影响、相互作用的机理。从优化四口水系、维护调蓄功能、适应江湖响应、规范人类活动等方面提出综合治理的对策建议。In general,by 'the river-lake relation' we mean the relation of the Yangtze river and the Dongting lake.This paper explains the complexity and importance of 'the river-lake relation',analyzes the main factors influencing 'the river-lake relation',explains the connotation of'the river-lake relation',discusses the mechanism of mutual influence and effect.The comprehensive harnessing countermeasures for the Yangtze river and the Dongting lake area are suggested in the aspects of optimization of 4 branch rivers,inter-response of the river and the lake,normalizing human behavior etc.
