摘  要:三峡工程装机容量2250万kW,年发电量近1000亿kW·h,所提供的大量清洁可再生能源在中国经济建设中扮演重要角色。三峡水库是多目标运用水库,首要任务是防洪,其次是发电并兼顾调节航运的任务,此外还须考虑生态与环境保护因素。介绍了三峡水库在实现水能综合高效利用方面的研究成果,包括枢纽管理体制,防洪、发电、航运以及泥沙等关系处理,三峡水利枢纽管理调度系统建设,气象水文预报工作现状及成果,防洪、发电、航运调度成绩以及三峡水库泥沙研究与实践等,特别介绍了三峡水库在通过电站运行调度保护流域生态方面的研究所取得的一定的成果,例如有关通过人造洪峰改善下游四大家鱼产卵课题的研究等。2003~2006年枢纽实际调度运行的各项参数表明,三峡水利枢纽发挥了防洪、发电、航运等多方面的效益,成果显著。The Three Gorges Project located on the Yangtze River is the largest water-related project in the world.The Hydropower Station has the total installed capacity of 22,500 MW,it can generate about 100 billion kWh clear and renewable electric energy per year,which play an important role in China's economic development and environmental protection.The primary task of Three Gorges Reservoir is for flood control,in addition,it also serves for improving the Yangtze River navigation condition and for maintaining the ecology and environment.Therefore,TGR is a typical multipurpose reservoir.This paper presents the theory and practical experience on the comprehensive and efficient operation of TGR.The key issue on the reservoir operation is to deal with the conflict among flood control,power generation,and ship navigation etc.The construction of integrated management system of TGR was presented.The optimal and real-time operation of TGR has been investigated.Finally,recent great progress in reservoir operation for ecologic protection has been introduced.For example,man-made flood peak by appropriate reservoir operation could improve fish spawning in the downstream of dam site.
