摘 要:对南汀河流域的径流泥沙来源、水沙特性、水沙变化趋势等作了较为深入地分析和研究。对姑老河站以上水沙变化对孟定坝淤积影响进行了综合分析。利用大文站的泥沙资料,分析了水土保持措施对临沧坝段减沙减淤作用。据此提出南汀河流域近期治理方案是:中上游小流域以小型拦沙坝建设为切入点;积极推进退耕还林恢复植被建设;对风化花岗岩地区实行大面积封禁治理。流域近期至2020年,水土保持治理的重点建议放在南汀河源头段、大文至姑老河段,防洪工程建设重点放在临沧坝及孟定坝段。Sources,characteristics and variation of runoff and sediment in Nanting river basin are analyzed in this paper.The influences of flow-sediment variation in the upstream of Gulao Station on silting of Mengding basin plain are studied.By use of sediment data at Dawen Station,the role of soil and water conservation countermeasures in sediment reduction and silting of Lincang basin plain is analyzed.Based on the studies above,the near future harnessing scheme for Nanting river basin are suggested as follows: emphasisly constructing small check dam for sediment retention in small basin in the middle and upper the Nanting river basin,actively returning farmland to forestry and restoring vegetation,forbidding agriculture and animal husbandry in weathered granite region in large scale.The key soil and water conservation areas in near future before 2020 are sources areas of the Nanting River,the region from Dawen to Gulao and the key flood control works should be constructed in Lincang basin plain and Mengding basin plain.
