摘 要:在对各种空气辅助雾化喷嘴及其雾化特性分析的基础上,针对气液初始作用时的结构,以空气、水为工质,利用LS-2000分体式激光喷雾液滴粒度分析仪对催化裂化进料喷嘴的雾化特性进行了详细的实验研究。在考虑了喷嘴结构、气液比(ALR)及压力等因素后,测量了不同气液初始作用角度下通过喷嘴后形成的液体雾化粒子的粒度大小和粒径分布,实验结果表明,气液初始作用角度的大小对进料喷嘴雾化效果的影响不明显。Based on the analysis of various air-assist atomizers and their atomization mechanism, with air and water served as working media,a detailed experimental study of fluid catalytic cracking feed flow injecting nozzle with the help of LS-2000 laser particle size analyzer was conducted of the atomizing characteristics. The influence factors considered are as follows:the structure parameters,ALR and the pressure. During the study, measurements of the particle size distribution of atomized liquid particles formed after passed the injecting nozzle under different inlet angles of the gas/liquid interaction were made.As a result,it's not an evident influence under different inlet angles of the gas/liquid interaction.
