摘　　要：经济发展与经济增长是两个既有区别又有联系的概念。用转变经济发展方式代替转变经济增长方式,对实现国民经济全面协调可持续发展,具有重大战略意义。转变经济发展方式,必须在需求结构、产业结构、要素投入结构、城乡结构、区域结构、分配结构等方面进行经济结构调整。The term ＇economy development＇ is related to but is different from the term ＇ economy increase＇. It is strategic significant for national economy continuable development to use changing the way of economy development to replace changing the way of economy increase. To change the way of economy development should carry out adjusting economic structures in demanding structure, industry structure, the urbanrural structure, regional structure, and the distribution structure.
