摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜在妇科手术方面的临床应用价值。方法回顾分析2006年6月～2007年6月腹腔镜诊治妇科疾病85例的临床资料。结果85例腹腔镜妇科手术均顺利完成，无严重术中及术后并发症。结论妇科腹腔镜手术具有恢复快、住院时间短、创伤小等优点，掌握好适应证，腹腔镜手术能完全有效地应用于大部分妇科疾病。Objective Discusses the peritonescope in the gynecology department surgery aspect clinical practice value. Methods The review analyzes from June,2006 to June, 2007 the peritonesscope diagnosis gynecology department disease 85 examples clinical materials.Results 85 examples peritoneoscope gynecology department surgery smoothly completes,after in not serious technique and technique illness complication. Conclusion The gynecology epartment peritoneoscope surgery has restores quickly, is hospitalized the time short,the wound is small and so on the merit,grasps the adaptive card,the peritonescope surgery can safely effectively apply to the majority of gynecology departments disease.
