城镇建筑群下矸石充填开采新技术的研究与实践

摘　　要：介绍了新汶矿区在城镇建筑群下以煤矸石为骨料似膏体管道充填、综采工作面充填、矸石抛矸胶带机充填方法。论述了其充填工艺机理流程、充填设备设施、充填工艺及充填效果。提出了3种矸石充填开采对提高资源采出率、延长矿井服务年限的重大意义及推广应用价值。Refuse as aggregate, 3 backfilling methods were applied in gob under buildings in town of Xinwen Mining Area. These methods included paste-like filling with pipe, backfilling in full-mechanized mining face and backfilling with bell machine. Filling mechanism, technique process, equipment and backfilling effect of these methods were introduced here. The backfilling methods with refuse were beneficial to improving mining rate of resource and prolonging mine life.
