摘  要:利用XRD、SEM和KZDL-4M型快速智能测硫仪对硫铝酸钙的形成过程进行了研究,深入细致地探讨了硫铝酸钙的生成与分解反应机理。研究表明,在本实验条件下,在1150℃~1450℃温度范围内都能生成硫铝酸钙,同时伴存12CaO·7A;2O3,温度高于1350℃时,硫铝酸钙发生分解,生成3CaO·Al2O3。Sulphoaluminate calcium is not only a very stable desulfuration product at high temperature (lower than 1 400 ℃), but also primary material of a new special type of cement. It is of the guiding significance to study its formation mechanism for improving Desulfuration. In this article, by XRD, SEM, the formulation process of sulphoaluminate calcium has been studied. The results indicate, under this experimental condition, sulphoaluminate calcium can form at the temperature which range from 1 150 ℃ to 1 450 ℃, 12CaO·Al2O3 produced simultaneously. When temperature is lower than 1 350 ℃, sulphoaluminate calcium's crystal structure is stble. But at temperature higher than 1 350 ℃ ,sulphoaluminate calcium is decomposed and decomposed product is 3CaO·Al2O3.
