摘　　要：目的综述细胞治疗临床应用的新进展。方法广泛查阅近年有关细胞治疗临床应用研究的文献并进行综述。结果在细胞生物学尤其是干细胞生物学飞速发展的基础上,细胞治疗已开始应用于心血管系统疾病、神经系统疾病、肌肉骨骼相关疾病、糖尿病以及压力性尿失禁等多种疾病的临床试验研究,并取得了令人振奋的初步研究成果,展示了广阔的临床应用前景。结论细胞治疗为人类疾病治疗提供了一种新的治疗手段,具体作用机制还有待进一步研究。Objective To review the recent progress of cell therapy in clinical applications. Methods The recent literature about cell therapy in clinical applications was extensively reviewed. Results Based on the advances in cell biology, especially the rapid progress in stem cell biology, an increasing number of clinical trials about cell therapy for management of various diseases, such as cardiovascular system diseases, neural system diseases, musculo-skeletal diseases, diabetes, stress urinary incontinence, and others, had been reported with encouraging results. All these showed that cell therapy had great potentials in clinical application. Conclusion Cell therapy provides a novel approach for the treatment of many human diseases. However, the mechanism remains to be fully elucidated.
