摘 要:基于混合双位积分方程(MPIE)的矩量法是目前分析微带结构的主要方法之一.MPIE算法的核心是空域格林函数的求解.提出了二级离散复镜像法(DCIM)与表面波处理相结合的方法对空域格林函数进行计算.根据表面波的性质,提出了2种二级DCIM和表面波相结合的方案,分段比较两方案的差别,找出最佳的结合方式.通过比较,最终将整个区域划分为近区域和远区域.在近区域采用二级DCIM和表面波相结合的方式进行计算,在远区域则主要考虑表面波的作用,从而弥补了二级DCIM在远区计算时的偏差.该方法完善了二级DCIM算法,为空域格林函数的求解以及MPIE算法的应用提供了有效的途径.The Greeffs function full-wave moment-of-method (MOM) formulation, based on the mixed potential integral equation (MPIE), is one of the most useful methods to analyze microstrip structure. The spatial Green's function is the core of the MPIE method. In order to calculate the spatial Green's function efficiently, a new method is proposed that combines the two-level discrete complex image method (DCIM) with the treatment method for surface waves. According to the characteristics of the surface waves, two schemes are presented for the combination of two-level DCIM and surface waves. After comparing the difference between the two schemes, we found it best to divide the whole area into a near area and a far area. In the near area, the two-level DCIM method was used in conjunction with surface wave treatment, while in the far area, surface wave treatment was employed to compensate for the deviation that two-level DCIM brings during calculations in this area. This improves the two-level DCIM algorithm, providing an efficient way to calculate the spatial Green's function and apply the MPIE method.
