High temperature oxidation of the DZ4 directionally-solidified superalloy

摘  要:为了满足航空发动机热端关键零部件的高温使用性能,依据GB/T13303-91和HB5258-2000标准,对DZ4定向凝固合金进行了1 100℃、300 h高温氧化性能试验,对试验数据进行了分析,绘制了氧化动力学曲线.用MX2600FE型扫描电镜及能谱仪对其表面形貌、截面组织形态、相组成等进行了观察与测量.实验结果表明:DZ4定向高温合金在1 100℃、300 h氧化过程中,氧化膜组成主要为NiO、α-Al2O3Ni(Cr,Al)2O4,氧化膜是连续完整和致密的,在氧化的后期,氧化膜表层有轻微的剥落,且未观察到氧化膜内侧发生内氧化.其氧化动力学曲线符合抛物线规律,其氧化速率K<0.1,氧化性能评定属于完全抗氧化.In order to meet functional requirements for key components subjected to elevated temperatures in aero-engines, according to GB/T13303-2000 and HB5258-2000 standards, an investigation was made on the oxidation behavior of the directionally solidified Ni-base superalloy DZ4 at 1 100 ℃ and exposed to air for 300 h. The results indicate that its oxidation dynamics obey the parabolic law. The morphology of the surface and cross section of the superalloy were examined by an SEM equipped with an EDXS unit. The resuits showed that oxidation scales were composed of NiO, Al2O3, and Ni(Cr, Al)2O4. The oxidation scale was continuous, complete and compact. By the later period of oxidation, the surface oxidation scaling developed light peeling, but no internal oxidation was observed. The oxidation dynamics curve followed the parabolic law, with an oxidation rate of K〈0. 1. This oxidation performance represents complete oxidation-resistance.
