摘　　要：论述了短信服务的概念以及短信服务在企业信息服务中的作用,分析了短信服务模式,提出了短信平台在企业短信服务中的应用模式。详细论述了短信平台的系统架构、特点和功能以及中国石油短信平台在企业信息化中的应用。The concept of short message service(SMS)and the function of SMS in enterprise information service were summarized. The short message mode was discussed. The application mode of short message platform in enterprise’s SMS was proposed. The systematic structure, features and functions of the short message platform,as well as the application of the short message platform to enterprise’s information customization were described.
