医务部在规范医院感染管理中的作用

摘　　要：目的探讨医务部在医院感染管理工作中的作用,提高医院感染管理质量。方法医务部主动参于医院感染管理,配合感控科完善制度,落实措施,规范医务人员行为,对全院人员实施院感知识培训,指导并支持感控科开展目标性监测,把医院感染管理纳入医疗质量管理全过程。结果医院感染漏报率、抗生素使用率、手术部位感染率、预防性抗生素使用率、无指征抗生素使用率明显下降,病原学送检率、治疗性抗生素使用率明显提高。结论医务部在规范医院感染管理工作中起到了非常重要的促进作用。Objective To explore medical department＇s function in standardizing nosocomial infection management in order to improve its quality. Methods Medical works hard to establish organization of nosocomial infection management,works with nosocomial infection management department to consummate system, caryy out measure, regulate medical operation procedure, educate medical staff about nosocomiology knowledge, support the nosoeomial infection management department to develop target monitoring and bring nosocomial infection management into the whole procedure of medical management. Results Under the medical department＇s adminnistration,the rate of missing report of infection/infection of operation site were decreased, antibiotic use （include propylaxis and non indication） were decreased but theapy were increased. The rate of etiological examination were incrrased, too. Conclusion Medical department acts an important role in standardizing nosocomial infection management.
