丝/棉交织面料的同浴同色染色研究

摘　　要：经过分析真丝和纤维素纤维的分子结构特性差异,研制出了新型同色匀染剂TS-12,该助剂可调节染料对不同纤维的上染性能,提高丝/棉面料的同色染色效果,然后针对丝/棉面料的同浴同色染色,对染料品种、同色匀染剂TS-12、碱剂、加碱方式进行了研究,得出了较好的丝/棉织物同浴同色染色工艺。Basing on the different molecular structures of silk and cotton fiber, the new union-color leveling agent TS-12 was produced. The agent can improve the homochromatic level of the silk/cotton blended fabric by adjusting the dyeability of the reactive dyes onto silk and cotton fiber. Then the dyes varieties, bath ratio, alkali and alkali adding mode were studied by dyeing the silk/cotton blended fabric in one bath, and the optimum process were obtained.
