摘　　要：目前用于带式输送机的制动器存在着很多缺点。根据电流变效应的特点,研究了一种新型高效的电流变液体软制动器。介绍了该制动器的结构及工作原理,给出了制动力矩的计算公式,并对影响制动特性的因素进行了简要分析。There are some disadvantages in belt conveyor brake devices at present. According to the features of electrorbeological effect, researches on a new- style and efficient electrorheological fluids soft brake device. The structure and working principle of the brake device are introduced. The calculation formula of braking torque is given and the factors to affect braking characteristic is briefly analyzed.
