摘　　要：从合同管理的现实意义入手,提出了目前合同管理中存在的主要问题,最后就如何完善工程管理体制提出了几点建议,以促进参与工程建设的各方全面履行合同约定的义务,从而确保建设目标的实现。On base of the reality meaning of contract management, it puts forward the main problems existed in the contract management at present and some advices on how to perfect the project managing system, to accelerate the enterprises that participates the project construction carrying out the duty of contract definition fully and assure the come true of construction target.
