摘　　要：针对棚户区改造工程的特殊性,结合工程实例,总结了从结构设计的计算机辅助设计、地基处理、主要结构做法、基础计算及抗震验算等几个方面来降低棚户区住宅楼工程造价的一些经验,可供类似工程借鉴。Aiming at the particularity of cote area reform projects and combined with the projects practice.
