摘  要:目的建立结核分枝杆菌ERIC-PCR分子生物学分型技术,并应用于临床分离菌株的流行病学调查。方法以肠杆菌科基因间重复序列(Enterbacterial repetitive intergenic consensus,ERIC)为引物,对临床分离的结核分枝杆菌DNA进行PCR扩增,扩增产物经琼脂糖凝胶电泳后得到指纹图并进行分析。结果122株临床分离株产生42种不同的指纹图,密切接触者指纹图相同或相似,指纹图谱与患者年龄、菌株的耐药性及耐药种类有关。结论ERIC-PCR是结核分枝杆菌分子流行病学调查的有效技术。Objective To establish the ERIC - PCR DNA fingerprinting technique for typing Mycobacterium Tuberculosis and apply it in the epidemiological investigation. Methods PCR was performed with the primers ERIC and DNA fingerprinting were analyzed by software. Results A total of 42 different fingerprints were detected. The characteristics of ERIC - PCR Fingerprint patterns were related to age, drug resistance and type of resistance. Conclusion ERIC - PCR DNA fingerprim/ng technique developed in this study is effective way for molecular epidemiological investigation of Mycobacterium Tuberculosis .
