结防机构与专科医院合作实施结核病防治规划的效果评价

摘　　要：目的建立专科医院与结防机构之间的有效合作机制,提高肺结核病人的发现率和治愈率。方法在专科医院实施加强肺结核病人报告、转诊及规范治疗管理等工作制度和行政干预措施。结果项目实施之后,专科医院肺结核病人报告率达100%,转诊率达96.1%,转诊到位率达60.1%,门诊治疗及住院治疗的病人规则用药率达90.0%,初治涂阳病人满疗程治愈率达89.8%。结论建立专科医院与结防机构合作机制,可以提高结核病防治的整体效果。Objective To enhance the rates of detection and treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis patients through establishment of an effective cooperative mechanism between special hospitals and the tuberculosis control institutions. Methods The work of reporting, referral and regular management of pulmonary tuberculosis cases in special hospital were carried out and intervention measures were conducted. Results Through implementaion of the above mentioned control and intervention measures, the rates of reporting, referral and arrival of pulmonary tuberculosis cases were 100%, 96.1% and 60.1% , respectively. The regular drug administration rate of pulmonary tuberculosis eases treated clinics and in hospitals was 90.0% and a cure rate in treatmetn of initial smear - positive eases after a full course was 89.8% was achieved. Conclusion The overall effects of prevention and treatmetn of pulmonary has been improved after establishing the cooperative mechanism between special hospital and the organization for tuberculosis control.
