小剂量异维A酸联合物理疗法治疗重度痤疮疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察小剂量异维A酸联合面部护理及氦氖激光治疗重度痤疮的疗效。方法所有患者均口服异维A酸共10周(总量700mg)。治疗组每周1次面部护理外加4次氦氖激光治疗。结果治疗组总有效率为100%,治愈率为62.22%;对照组总有效率为86.67%,治愈率为40.00%。二组间疗效比较有显著性差异(P<0.005)。结论联合疗法治疗重度痤疮具有起效快、疗效高、副作用少等优点,值得在临床中推广使用。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect orally low dose of isotretinoin combined with He - Ne - laser therapy on heavy acne. Methods All the patients with acne were treated with oral isotretinoin for 10 weeks（total dose 700mg） .And the observation group combinented with one time of prosopo- therapy and four times of He - Ne - laser therapy per week. Results The improvement rate and the cure rate in the observation group were 100.00% and 62.22% respectively ,while that in the control group were 83.33 % and 40.00 %., showing significant difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0.005 ）. Conclusion Combined ttherapy is effective for treatment of heavy acne and it is worthwhile to be recommended for clinial use.
