摘　　要：目的探讨牙周基础治疗对2型糖尿病伴牙周炎患者的影响及其影响机制。方法选择25例2型糖尿病伴牙周炎患者,于牙周基础治疗前后的4、6周分别检测其探诊出血牙面数、探诊深度、临床附着丧失和血清肿瘤坏死因子α(Tumornecrosis factor alpha,TNFα)的水平。结果各项临床及血清学指标均显著降低,治疗后4周与治疗前相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗后6周各指标稍有回升,但与治疗前相比差异仍有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论对于2型糖尿病伴牙周炎患者,牙周基础治疗可能通过降低患者血清TNFα的含量改善其糖代谢。Objective To investigate the effect and mechanism of periodontal initial therapy on on level of circulating tumor necrosis factor alpha （TNFa）in type 2 diabetes patients with periodontitis. Methods he 25 type 2 diabetes patients with periodontitis were selected and the level of TNFαduring treatment was determined. Results The circulating TNFαconcentration were reduced significantly （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Periodontal initial therapy can effectively improve metabolism to some extent in tvve 2 diabetes oatients with Deriodontitis, possiblv throuzh the reduction of circtdating TNFαconcentration.
